THE WINES OF ALAIN
PARET
Alain Paret has been producing wines in the Rhone
for 25 years. His wines have won many awards and Robert Parker
Jr. calls him “…a producer to be taken seriously.”
Paret will not put his name on a bottle of wine unless it reaches
his high standards. In some years he has sold his entire production
of some of his Vin d’ Pays to necognants when his standards
were not met.

ALAIN PARET VIOGNIER VIN DE PAYS D’OC
The Viognier has an incredible nose and taste of pear. A great aperitif,
this delicious wine will also complement poultry with its amazingly fruity
taste and refreshing long finish. The low acidity adds to the enjoyment
of drinking this extraordinary wine. Serve slightly chilled. (55-60 degrees)

ALAIN PARET COTES DU RHONE
Alain Paret has crafted a delicious Côtes-du-Rhône from 100%
Syrah grapes from this region. Paret is famous for the wines he produces
from the Syrah grape, especially his St. Joseph. This wine is medium
bodied and exhibits a spicy, black fruit taste and a wonderful finish.
Only a few hundred cases imported.

ALAIN PARET LE CINQUET SYRAH VIN DE PAYS D’OC
This delicious wine from Alain Paret exhibits a fruity nose and the taste
of blackberries cherries and spices. It is made from 100% Syrah grapes
and is kept in oak barrels for several months. The wine has good acidity
so it gives a pleasant feel in the mouth and a delightful smooth finish.
Drink now or keep for several years.
Enjoy with meat dishes and cheese.
Total production only 8,000 cases, with 400 imported to USA.
