CHATEAU AIGUILLOUX CORBIERES TREDITIONAL RED
Francois and Mathe Lamarie began producing their wines in 1983. Since that time their wines have won more than 75 medals including 35 gold. Whole grape carbonic maceration is used on 80% of the production, which gives the wine a round feeling in the mouth and a very smooth finish. The French wine magazine Terre de Vins awarded this wine a score of 19/20! The wine exhibits spices on the nose and ripe red fruit in the mouth.

CAVE DE MONTAGNAC PICPOUL DE PINET WHITE
Where the vineyards meet the Mediterranean, in the south of France, a white wine of exceptional style and quality is produced. This wine, light gold in color with a hint of green, has freshness in the mouth not found in other wines. The wine is made from the Picpoul grape that is very hard to grow and needs a long growing season to ripen properly. The wine has the taste and of aroma of citrus fruits and is the wine to serve with shellfish, shrimp and fish dishes. It also goes well with goat cheese and roasted chicken. Very small production, only 30 producers make this delicious wine.
